Android Artistic game simple

Dear bidders, At first we want to say that this game looks easy to make, colorful, and from experience of our own programmers this should be no difficulty for people who are known with java/android/iphone. As our inhouse programmer is to busy with developing other things we would like to give you guys a opportunity to develop for us. And after a view agreement and legal papers you can start developing our game. The game is similar to another iphone game, but is artistic and colorful designed by a 6 year old (my daughter), where you need to collect things in order to get into the next level. It is for the girls market, but think boys will like it too. This paired with simple graphics and simple idea's. More details will be provided when we select you as our developer. The main things the game need are: Game: - mainscreen with: - options menu - credits menu - level select - ingame pause button (ofcourse) - some effects ingame (none really physical or difficult) - some graphic sprites and animation (maybe for effects) - cute sound (like Japanese types) The application has to be wide range applicable on every version of android from 1.5 to 2.3 and also iPhone (but android first choice) The application has to be IMEI locked when downloaded so no one can share the game. The game has to have a LITE version with 5 levels and a FULL version with more*.. (*more means like 30 difficulties) The skills you have to have are: - Strong communication! - Good insights of how games work - Your own opinion - and of course a good budget. - able to complete the job from start to finish This all for a price between 100-200, higher we wont go.
