Cutting list from product Codes and dimenstion-2

we manufacture grilles and diffusers for air-conditioning and I require a program to enable me to produce saw fabrication and cutting dimensions from a product code and width and height dimensions. we have at least twenty products with many variations. I would also like the ability to add other products in the future. after entering the data I should be able to print off a cutting list for the saws and a bill of material to enable stores to pick the material required. we operate sage accounting for order input and invoicing and I would ideally like to be able to entre the order number in the new program tell it which product we want to make and it would add up all these products on the order and produce and cutting list for extrusions listed in size order from large to small. it will also give out a bill of a materials required. our web site is [login to view URL] so you can see what we make. as an aside if this project is do correctly then we will also want to renew ourweb site to include a shop and updated products. I will set up and send you address I do have facetime. I can supply all info as required The interface should be windows based. I should enter our order number and the program should get the order/ product detail directly from Sage our accounting software. If the order is of mixed product then we should pick one product in the program to print out a cutting sheet and bill of material. I believe that Sage works on a SQL data base but can get that confirmed . i attached PDF of a hand written cutting list if possible I would like a similar format. Please find attached some pdf of a works order as printed out and a cutting list manually done from the order. It is not to clear but give you an idea of what we are looking for. The order is printed from sage our accounts package. So ideally we would like your program to take this information direct from sage and print a cutting list for each product. We can develop a specific product code for each product to specify what options are required.
