Build a mock test website for IIT JEE

Project details: I want to build a website for mock test taking for students in India primarily for tests like IIT-JEE. Students will have the option to take a few sample tests and we will do data analysis to suggest their weak areas, projected rank based on their score etc. The layout should look similar to the sample mocks I have [login to view URL] website should be scalable and responsive The scope of the project for the programmer will be to write the back-end business logic in Java for all the features (see the mocks to get a sense of what I want). I think the entire backend work to enable website launch will require one month of dedicated effort.
