Directory Sites Facelifts and Monetized

I recently bought 2 Web Directories. Both sites need to be monetized and the templates updated. This should be a very easy job for whomever gets it. I am a new to websites and someday i will be able to do these thing myself but until then I need someone that I can trust to do it. I am not even sure what language they are in. I have plenty work on some other sites also, so a good quick job here might lead to more work. Both sites could use new templates, nothing fancy, they also need adsense put on them along with with banner ads. I would also like to add a yearly fearure link but that doesn't have to happen now but if the winning bidder knows how to add it, it would an added bonus.
