Add 50K fans to current fanpage

I am looking to add 50,000 Facebook fans for Facebook. Our fanpage has 6,000 current fans at this time. The added Fans must meet these requirements: 1) All fans must be real people...NO FAKES, NO BOTS, NO SPAM! 2) 100% of fans must be from the United Stated, Canada, United Kingdom, or Europe. 3) All fans must have 25+ friends and a minimum of 5 photos 4) All fans must be aged 18 and above. 5) All fans must be active - have real status updates. 6) You must be able to document friends you obtained as we get fans ourselves on a daily basis. 7) All fans must have status updated that go back maximum of 15 days 8) All Fans should be acquired gradually over a period of 20 days IMPORTANT : * You will be paid after 10 days after project completion * You will be paid only for those fans that remain active after 10 days. * Any fans that are suspended in that time period must be replaced, or will not be paid for. * Please use only good practices for inviting fans (Facebook account must not be banned for your actions and kept active). You will not be paid if the Facebook account is banned/deleted. Please quote me how fast you can deliver the signups and a brief overview of how you intend to do this.
