Build 1 link for each of 200 different URLs

I need an experienced and reliable link builder to build 200 low to medium quality links to 200 URLs for a travel website in English. All the URLs are related to family-friendly accommodation. Each of the 200 urls will get ONLY 1 link = 200 links to build The links must have all the following characteristics: - One-way, contextual, static HTML, permanent, no reciprocal linking offer or 3 way links -Placed on forums, blogs or general questions/answers websites with outbound links less than 100 - WHITE HAT only: MANUALLY DONE, NO AUTOMATION SOFTWARE, NO LINKS WHEEL - Majority of do follow and no more than 30 no-follow links allowed -Placed on Australian hosted websites for at least 80% of them (at least 160 links) and other English language websites. - Not from pharmaceutical, adult content or gambling sites – they have to be Family related - No spam links - Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google, MSN and Yahoo within last 30 days. - Link page must be search engine friendly that is no redirects, cloaking and other practices. - Page should not be excluded by robots.txt. -No links from "under construction" pages. -No sites which ask for money later. -No contextual ads sites, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. NO SPAMMING Important: - Minimum 50 different C- Class domains - If link is found not suitable, you will need to have it removed. I will hold off paying unless bad links are removed Payment: - I will send a 1st batch of 20 Urls to build link to as a trial, if you do no respect the above requirements you will not be paid. If you do respect the requirements I will pay you a milestone of AUD 25 and will send you 3 other batch of 60 Urls.
