Advice Needed on Setting up Multiple international Magento Sites

I have a UK domain and magento site setup and working and would like to have multiple international magento stores according to the users location eg : France, USA, New-zealand and South Africa.
I would like the user to be redirected to the appropriate site according to their location and prices to change accordingly.
I would like to keep my magento site as simple as possible without having to many sub-site and duplicate products.
At the moment I'm looking to establish what I will need to set this up and what is the best way of doing it.
I would like the bidder to give me an hourly consultation on how to go about this.
The bidder does not nessesarily need to do the work that follows, just to advise me.
Good English is important as I will need to have a phone conversation to find the information I need.
