Adsense site generating $20-$30 per day

As the subject suggests im looking for somebody to design and build me a website that makes AT LEAST $30 per day. I already have approved google adsense account, I will give you the publisher ID. We will provide domain name and web hosting. Domain name should be suggested by you and be SEO friendly I need you to create something that will work and give desirable profit. You should be able to tell me every step of your work and actually guide me through the whole process. I don't want to cheat anybody. And if everything will go good, I'll hire you for future profitable working relationship in this area. You will be responsible for writing the SEO optimized content, fully configuring and updating the website. You will responsible to ensure Adsense Accounts security from any kinds of hacking attacks or any other threads from any party. Site must follow the following : Site should be a wordpress site -Expecting atleast 500-1000 unique visitors per day. CTR should be as high as possible - Select any NICHE - But except pharma, violence, gambling, adult & not acceptable sites. Contain unique content with unique posts/articles for one year. 50 premade, pre-written, original articles that are keywork rich must be included. - Must be 100% within the Google Policies - Must be Ad sense Optimized -Design must be neat and optimised to attract people to click on the ads - Traffic driven must be 100% white hat real people no bots - Unique organic traffic (no traffic buy) - Should earn $30 - $50 per day for 30 days (No fraud clicks please) - All Content MUST be original and SEO Optimized - All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing - Must contain related images to niche topic I will pay the amount of bid only after I see constant income in my adsense account. I will hold the payment for 30 days until I am sure. No partial payments done. When project gets finish, you will be paid in full.
