Job Description – Client relationship manager 1. Maintaining relationships with existing clients (recruiters) with continuous engagement and communication. Resolving queries, support to post jobs 2. Approaching and adding new clients through various channels like email campaign, calling etc. 3. Attracting job posting on site from existing and new clients, through communication and persuasion. 4. Moderating and managing job postings on site on real time basis with great responsibility and maturity Requirement: Qualification: Graduate. We value your skill and experience rather than your qualification Location: Work from home(Delhi-NCR). You should have a good internet and phone/mobile connection to maintain communication Skill & Experience Requirement: a) Preferred prior experience as relationship manager b) Experience in classified internet company a plus c) Ability to communicate smoothly and maturely with clients in English d) Ability to handle jobs and clients with good responsibility and minimum supervision e) Excellent written and oral English communication skills f) Should be proactive in sharing ideas and thoughts This is a full-time job.
