Affiliate Manager

We are seeking an exceptional individual; this candidate will have a solid background in customer service and marketing fundamentals through education and work experience. The individual most have leadership, strong sales, negotiation, analytical and implementation skills and a desire to achieve their goals. An Affiliate managers work to find new websites, email marketing firms and other online resources that are willing to feature our product. Also, will oversee the creation of sales tools that benefit the affiliate partners. Responsibilities • Manage the online affiliate programs • Client acquisitions by building and servicing relationships of affiliate organizations and members that can drive to business volume • Keep the current accounts active by developing new affiliate programs with access to needed marketing tools for their customer base. • Communicate with affiliates via email and telephone, answering inquiries about the affiliate program and best practices • Ability to understand and verbalize technical language involved in affiliate implementation as the negotiation of the contracts and commission structures. • Aggressively drive sales and program efficiencies • Monitoring and reporting on competitors’ affiliate campaigns and promotions • Prioritize execution strategy based on revenue potential • Motivate affiliates to provide maximum exposure and revenues • Track & analyze metrics to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the program Requirements: • English, German, French or Spanish / Native language or 85% above • Outstanding written/verbal communication and presentation skills • Strong Sales skills • Strong recruitment and negotiation skills • Strong decision making and problem solving skills • Exceptional analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills • Enthusiastic and Dynamic attitude with strong leadership skills • Proven ability to multi-task
