Create Adobe Illustrator Sports Apparel Templates

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Illustrator designer to help up with designing our custom sports apparel. We have product templates in Adobe Illustrator that we design for softball, baseball, soccer and other sports teams. We are looking for someone to use on a long-term or permanent position to help us fill our orders and create new templates for a wide variety of products. Please see the attached zip file for a completed sample along with blank product templates for each size of the shirt. I need your bid to include the following with each broken down so that I know cost for each. 1) Recreate the base template on each size. There are 14 total sizes with 13 remaining that have not been created. The base template would just be the different colored areas of the shirt. The red,white,blue strips. Basically everything inside the Product Template layer, not the Artwork Layer. Another words, not the logo, pipes, numbers, etc. 2) Recreate the entire design on a YXL. This would assume that the base template has already been completed and we are just adding the artwork to it. Please bid the total amount to complete both task and include in your PM what you are charging for both task individually. Front / Back Notes: The 'Red' stripe is 1" wide and is 1/2" from the collar. The 'White' stripe is .3" wide with the remaining area of the shirt being Navy. Sleeve Notes: The 'Bottom' stripe is 3" from the bottom of the sleeve. Make sure that the middle stripe is the same width on all, can't remember if it's .3" or not. Please remember that this is a test for an ongoing project and this bid will be used as the pricing for that going forward. Thanks
