Adobe Illustrator map creation

Want to create a visually attractive, clean, simple map in Illustrator. This will be based on a Google Earth file. Map should look like this - [login to view URL] Requirements: 1 - Produce an Adobe Illustrator file 2 - Must look similar to the tutorial above. Specifically, a 3D look, simple, clean graphics 3 - Must be able to edit/add/delete things easily in future 4 - You must organise the AI file well. Layers, good labels etc. This will make future edits easier 5 - No bitmap graphics. We need to be able to scale this to large sizes without loss of quality Further info: 1 - We already have a rough sketch of the areas within Google Streetview.
