Adding Voiceover to Animation (US/CDN/UK)

Greetings: Simple and clean here. I had an animation made overseas for a project I'm looking to get funding for (one day). The animation is about 85% complete at this point, and its pretty good. I have a *very* nice voiceover that needs to be linked up *EXACTLY* with the animation. The animation speed/transitions will have to be adjusted to get this voiceover to link up perfectly with the animation. It is imperative that this video is *TIGHT*, clean, fresh, and my timeline is also urgent.
