I am looking to have an illustrated version of the graphics on this page: [login to view URL] The idea is to create some unique identity by using your illustrated work. The illustration shall contain these elements: => an artistic rendering of statue of liberty => US flags => a seal or a stamp. The site provides certified translation for people who wants to apply US greeen card and/or citizenship or go to US for school, work etc..... so your illustration shall target this audience. The texts and button will stay (maybe with some alteration), You should agree to create the final graphics to my satisfaction. The deliverable shall be vector illustrator file and JPG. Absolutely do NOT cut corners and use an icon that you found somewhere - it's NOT what I am looking for at all. My budget $60.
