A realistic drawing of a person

I want a 3 dimensional picture of my face drawn. Both from the front and from the side. Then I want the artist to redraw my face so that I look beautiful. Kind of like plastic surgery but on paper. Both from a front angle and side angle. A total of 4 drawings will be done.
My hair will be completely tide back because I want the focus to be on my face, and I will not be wearing make up.
