Need an illustration of a (3) House Community with patios, parking, common areas and sidewalks
Details:
(52 feet across x 120 feet long to the alley)
With the following as definites:
House 24ft L x 36ft across (864 sq ft)
Patio area 24ft L x 6ft across
House + Patio = 24ft W and 42 ft Deep (leaving 10 ft to divide space from the house to the left and the house on the right; maybe 7ft and 3ft?)
Parking pad 24ft L x 52ft Across (divisible into 3 equal spaces plus an area for trash cans)
3 Houses + Parking = 96 ft L (leaving 24ft to divide from the front gate to the first house and between each house and the parking pad, 6ft each?)
Attachment shows 'green space' at the end of the community, but it should be an area for 3 parking spots and (6) trash cans.
