Data visualization - web application

I need WEB application which would visualize data (imported from "csv"!!) by various charts. I advise you to use highcharts or zingcharts (they provide you with complete codes for every chart! so it's just putting it all together in one html page ) This is how i imagine the app will work.

1. Input data from csv (it could be employees salary or world population by country.. whatever.. )

2. Next you choose what kinf of chart will represent data

3. Data will be visualized by selected chart, there will be option to go back and change chart type, also you can go and upload another csv and start over
