Build an Online Store

Hi, Need to build a eCommerce website. Brief features mentioned below: Industry-wise listing and viewing of items Product category wise listing of items Center panel to show all the offers and discount View and leave review for products with rating Add to Cart and Buy Option Compare products functionality in same product category Filter Engine - Parameters for filters depend on the product selected Sign Up option on the home page Login option on the home page After login, user should be able to view ongoing cart, if any User can process with buying of cart or amending the cart Delivery Address selection / additional for the order Order Summary to be viewed Payment option to be shown After payment, order confirmation to be emailed and SMSed On the user home page, user can view all the part orders, payment status and delivery status 30 days return options to be given to customers with proper justification Product return should give 3 option - refund money or replace products or credit note We don't expect to start the development from scrap. Developer should use any eCommerce platform like Majento. Though Majento is preferred, any platform which meets above requirement would be fine. Also if there are any additional features being supported other than mentioned above. Please share the list of those.
