Build a Website from scratch

Hi freelancers, I have a project that I would like to execute and would need your help on. The project though simple will require all round skills and will be very technical in nature. I'm looking for a person who is expert in MEAN stack ( node.js, angular, mongo, JavaScript), should be comfortable in architecting the project, and can work independently. I have many projects and success of this project will determine rehiring of freelancer. This is also a good opportunity in terms because project is being started from scratch. Project details - Platform-MEAN stack Site design- 100% responsive, html5, very modern, slider and may be some animation by timing jpegs or vectors may be Requirements- login via email and integrated User avatar, karma points User should be able to rate an item, submit a review ( typical edit box with spell checker) with an image (image scaling utility), create a category. Search - search should be ultra fast. weather we use mongo or MySQL this should be the fastest feature of the site. Search results in drop down and search result from the list when clicked on should take to the item page. Search will also feature on home page. Integration with other systems. Who should bid - a person who is very technical(because I'm too), with all-round skills, should be easily accessible via phone or email, work independently and finish independently with a hackathon speed and who wants subsequent projects from me.
