stick figure animation

My vision is stick figure type of animation. I'd like to make it colorless, raceless, and maybe even genderless if possible (dunno if possible with my story line). Here's a short summary of the story. Family sitting at dinner eating chicken, boy innocently asks, "Daddy, where do chickens come from?" Dad gets super excited and starts explaining passionately. The animation is now from a chickens POV but fathers voice over explaining the process. "Well son! The chickens hatch are a sent down a sorting line. The male chicks get sorted and sent into a grinder or suffocated in bags. The female chicks get debeaked and prepared to spend their lives in small cages getting force fed until they are nice and big and ready for slaughter. After a few months, workers tear them out of their cages and send them to the killing house. Once there, its a very quick and cost effective process. The chickens get hung upside down by their legs and are sent on a ride that first dunks their bodies into boiling water, which removes their feathers and then they they go through a blade that slits their throats. At this point, their blood drains out of their bodies and they lose their life. Finally, they get packaged, sent to the supermarket, and then we purchase them and eat them. And that's where chickens come from!!" I image the transition from the chicken POV to the dinner table goes from a close up of the dead chicken, but its happy because these chicken marketers always market their chickens smiling, as to show quality. So that close up smile zooms out to the whole family at the dinner table shocked while the dad is smiling like nothing is wrong and with the smiling chicken at the middle of the table. The boy looks at his father shocked, starts crying and runs away from the table. The mother looks at the father frowning and scolds him. "Gary/Harold/Whatever name!" The father doesn't realize what he did wrong and in defense says, "What?! He asked and I told him! That's where chickens come from. Oh what would you rather have me do? Lie?!" FIN lol I only want this to be as long as it has to be while conveying the message. 30 sec to 3min, in that [login to view URL] tone is light, matter of fact, emotionless for the most part and should provide some shock value and im hoping that will teach people something while keeping the subject light and in a humorous light. Time frame. I don't have one. We can take time to develop ideas and talk things through, sleep on things. With your skills and work method, what would something like this cost and what type of quality? Thank you, Ralph
