We are a small company looking to create a customer/field service management system in FRENCH for two-three pest management service technicians and two admins.

The office admins would take the phone calls, take client info, and schedule technicians using this system. The system would keep a history based on the adresses of work done, payment methods, problems encountered, etc.).

We would like technicians to be able to enter data into a tablet/phone directly from each service area thus making a report we can email to the client and giving us their time of arrival, and departure, products used, what they encountered, treated, etc.. Prepared documents for estimates, refusals, preparation sheets for tenants, etc. that can be easily personalized.

We would like to have something up and running as soon as possible...definitely before May. Right now we are working with Microsoft Office and a photocopier/scanner. Lots of wasted paper.

What we are looking for: a more basic version of fusion's field service management software.
