Professional photo editing required for 184 PhD graduation photographs (Pls read before bidding)

Hi I am in need of a freelancer with perfect photo editing skills to help edit 184 photos from my PhD graduation ceremony. For each photo, I have included 2 versions (a .jpg version and a .CR2 version), hence why the total number of attached photos are 367. *** I would appreciate the job to be done on the .CR2 version where possible. At the end of the professional editing: 1. All pictures must be edited for optimal light balance 2. All pictures must be enhanced for optimal looks 3. Unwanted edges should be cropped out 4. The subjects in the pictures must be perfectly centralized, and any unwanted background distractions removed. 5. All pictures must be edited for optimal colour balance and skin enhancement. 6. Glaring (too much light reflection) aspects of each picture should be normalised to match the rest of the picture. 7. The overall look and feel of the pictures must be perfectly appealing to the eyes.
