Interactive Website + IOS and Android

Hello There, Im launching a new startup in - Africa with a small budget and I want integrated statistics listed on a geographical scale, oracle to fletch data. The main idea of my project is leading people to post on my website to get data to treat analyze and to sell them to specific niches, so Im looking for a bunch of integrated features and parameters, and I'm looking as well for a long term cooperation. I would like to launch a ( IOS app, android, and interactive Website ) including exactly the same features as Zillow and Trulia and duplicate the business model to Africa - Geolocalisation with satellite view map and 3D personalized map that you can switch on one click to a listing. -Dots on the map featuring the different listings. Commercial/ Housing( rent/buy )... different colors and I would like to add different filter that will be sent to you. - instead of the function "Draw", I would like " Choose Zone" in the map where they can select the zones they want. - Suscribe by Facebook, gmail and LinkedIn, hotmail and phone number verification. -Keep the save search / save homes. - Work on the evaluation tool for home buyers and sellers as well as renters depending on different parameters ( new/old construction, materials used, safety concerns by area, businesses, demand...) that will be given to you in details during the project, and ability to treat databases. Zestimate on Zillow. - Automatic text creation for the listings, by using the informations given by the [login to view URL] text will be sent to you in 3 languages. - Minisites for the real estate partners on real estate agent. I will be listing High quality HD pictures, 360 degrees pictures and video as well, just so you can know what's better for this project. - take care of the API and backend
