King Tide Asset Management Limited is the manager of a New Zealand based mutual fund. As the result of the introduction of new regulations, we are required to apply for a licence from the Financial Markets Authority.
The licensing process involves preparing an application, consisting of a number of documents ("the Application Documents"). We are in the process of preparing the substance of these documents, and will require the services of an independent contractor for the following purposes:
1) Formatting and type-setting the Application Documents, to ensure consistency of document layout, design, and overall "look".
2) Combining all of the Application Documents into a single document ("the Application"). The main body of the the Application will consist of a general description of our business, with cross-references to the remainder of the Application Documents, which will be included as appendices. Again, consistency of document layout and design is essential. The Application should be in PDF format.
3) Providing both MSWord and PDF formatted copies of the Application and the various separate Application Documents.
We will submit all of the relevant documents to you in MSWord format. They will be formatted to some extent already, but what we will be looking for is the ability to create an overall look for the documents which is crisp, clear and professional.
