I would like a Pet Report Card designed please so I can just send it to the printers for them to print.
The card will be A5 post card size, happy for you to design portrait or landscape, what ever looks good.
I would like to use my logo and the colours yellow and blue.
I have attached some examples of the sort of thing I am looking but these are just examples and do not want them copied.
The copy for the card is the same as on the example blow and flow.
The example report card below is the sort of thing I'm looking for design wise but something different to this
