Architecture Drawing Hi I am looking for Architecture to draw a small guest house. I have attach you a rough sketch of the building space along with the size (measurements are in millimeters). The guest house will have 3 floors including the ground. Ground floor. - Waiting area (Small) - checking Counter -Kitchen (If you feel space is not enough for all this, you may accommodate the kitchen in 1st floor.) - Restaurant 1s and 2nd Floor (looking to accommodate a total of 6 to 8 small rooms) - Rooms (Must have double bed (5x6), side tables Attach bathroom, A small Mini Fridge, a small table, glass sliding windows or non-opening glass sheets, Smoke detectors) - Bathrooms must have hot and cold water, Head shower and hand Shower, Toilet and Semi Recessed Sink with Cold and Hot water, towel Holder Flooring – I am looking to use tiles Roofing – Must be done using Roofing Sheets Stairs – Must be in the marked side of the Sketch and access must be from inside the building You would need to provide Electrical and plumbing plans Your creativity and suggestion are welcome I am looking for a western design Also if you have any Architecture License please let me know, and I would need a copy to approve the design for construction permits Any further question please contact me.
