Design one screen for an existing app - and two button functions

Hello, I need a designer to design one app screen to track digital ad campaign budgets (this is for an existing app). I’ll also need two button functions designed for a sort button and a filter button within the app. The App is very similar to Facebook Ads Manager so it will need to be practical, user-friendly, and intuitive.
