Please Read REALLY CARFULLY - And Lets not waste anyones time. I work for a Lead Generation company and am looking to start my own - Im looking for a partner per say - i have 2 client contracts willing to pay alot for leads- one a realty company-and one a commercial/home roofing company - The 2 Clients are going to pay per deal close - but as you all know Real Estate deals are hefty payouts - out of 100 leads - should be able to close 5% - 5 deals could pay us 10-20k a month Lead Generation is key to our success 1) looking for a company that HAS done real estate websites in the Canada / Toronto - Previous mock ups designs will be accepted ( but we may need to make minor changes to make it different ( add crm / text feature / iterated map system) and other future implementations - we are looking for a partner that could build a realtors site within 5-8 business days - with full integration of TREB and maybe other Real estate Idx's if need be. We would charge a monthly fee as well as a website building cost - the split of business brought 40% me and 60% your company 2) Commercial / home roofing company - work pay ranges from 5k - 50k we would get 15% These companies are experts and are great at closing the better leads we bring them the more we make. There are 2-3 other business that may also want our services - but we need to show our success and show them real convertible leads ( home inspections, Im looking for a experienced person - willing to share some of the start up cost I will be taking my time to pick this person and be communicating with them between 8-11 pm eastern standard time I Have a follow up system with each lead to confirm sales - Looking to for a all in one type company ( website building / seo / lead generation if you would like to apply - please message
