5. WE DO NOT WANT TO ENGAGE A FREELANCE ROBOT. THAT MEAN WE SAY CHANGE 1, HE CHANGE 1, WE SAY ADD THIS, HE ADD THIS, WE SAY ADD THAT, HE ADD THAT. THIS TYPE OF FREELANCE JUST WANT TO QUICKLY COMPLETE AND ASK FOR RELEASE PAYMENT. AND THE REST HE WILL PUSH THE BLAME TO OTHER SAYING HE JUST FOLLOW INSTRUCTUION
6. We can create milestone but only release payment once the whole job complete.
