We are a membership-based luxury travel company. Our long-term goal is to productize the company’s travel content across all channels. This will include a revamped website that allows for a seamless interaction between the users and travel specialists via well-curated, easily searchable, behavior-driving content. Every page of the site will offer a clear user journey that surfaces the fact that we are the definitive resource for customized travel. Working with an agile methodology, we will break this overall goal into shorter MVPs, designed to make the biggest impact on the user experience/behavior right away. Our first joint project will focus on optimizing specific pages/sections.
