My approach toward design: - The goal is to present something that both appears spare and imparts a sense of focus and clarity - The power of suggestion is often stronger than that of full disclosure - Leave room for others to co-create with you; provide a platform for open innovation - When a well-worn pattern is broken, creativity and resourcefulness emerge - A powerful design ideal is the unique combination of surprising impact and uncommon simplicity For this design brief I need to know more about the client: Who are we designing for? What are the HOT buttons? What type of fashion? What type of brand? Brand market positioning? Customer demographics? We should plan on 5 or 6 different design ideas to test, then refine & focus each idea until the final best design emerges. Maybe it's not a slider, maybe we can do something with background video animation or svg animated graphics. Let's not design the technical solution before we finalize the creative brief.
