Design a RuleBook for Board Game and Edit

Design/format/layout an A5 size rulebook. Pages average 10-12 not including front/back. For on/about 5000 words.
Update
This is a two fold project.
Its taking existing 8000 world rule book and placing preexisting graphics in a user friendly document. The template example is already built.
Secondly its building an add for kickstarter.com that captures the essence of the game
The project will require signing a non-disclosure agreement and be willing to modify both the rulebook and web site for a 1 time revision and modification after the play testing is complete. It will also require a 3d imaging of certain game pieces.
