Design a Logo and banners for Brainstorm Pro. Looking for irresistible banners for affiliates...Spanish variations could be cool too

Hi. My site [login to view URL] has the banner with the simple blue color and the lightbulb theme. I like the general theme but looking to step up the professionalism on it and make it look better. I'm looking for variations on the current logo....or new concepts. I like the current blue style logo...maybe can use these 2 colors: [login to view URL] and the lightbulb theme is cool but could be improved upon Please read through the sales letter and materials at the site before submitting a bid or design so that you are familiar with the concept of the software. If you need to try the software to better understand I can send you the download link. It is actually a good tool for branding work and taglines. I also have a number of banners I want created for my affiliate program. I have already created some basic banner concepts and attached them. I have all the stock photos necessary, I'm looking for someone who can take my banner concepts and make them into multiple standarized sizes for use for my affiliate program. I can send you a password so you can see what I want. It may be about 20 banners total with all the different variations and sizes based on the standard banner size charts. I'm looking for someone who can make all these banners look really, really slick and not charge me so much for the creatives because I did a lot of the work already and can send you all the pictures and text needed in zip files...so if you are good you can probably do them all within an hour or so. Also: Spanish translation of banners: I'm working to get my product to the spanish market and if you can give me variations of all the banners in Spanish that would be awesome and I could pay extra. I want to be a leader in the spanish speaking market and my banners should reflect that...a high level of professionalism and savvy compared to other american marketers in the spanish speaking marketplace. I attached some of the affiliate banners that need improving upon. I can't spend a lot of money on each and I'm looking for sort of a rapid overhaul to make them look professionally made. If the work is good I'm looking for a designer to regularly pump out good graphics and assorted propaganda and sales materials for my business like info graphics etc, making pictures that get shared on fb etc....
