We are looking for someone to create a static 300x250 banner that we will use in conjunction with a Popup module so allow users to Donate set amounts on the static image. The fonts on the image provided are good but we'd prefer a meaner looking bear and one that gives a high-five to the screen. We'd also like instead of the Donate to have #s to donate that you could click that would be coded with paypal donate info. The candidate needs to create the image and also provide the code (html/css) to get it working. The Popup module that we are using to display the image uses simple html and css.
