Custom c2c web site platform

Please read the description and give offer accordingly! We need to build a c2c web site for second-hand sales of a kind of product. Sellers and the buyers will be individuals, so there is no need for store funcionality. User can include its product by entering its information and pictures. Some information will be free-text and some will be selected from list. Other users can find products by searching with keywords in one of the information areas. After searching with a keyword, user can filter the search results with any of product information. There will also be a approval mechanism: When the user enters its product, the admin/editor should approve it before it is published. Other than the information areas users can enter, there will be 4 or 5 flag areas that admin/editor can specify while approving the product. And these flags will be shown in product page and the user can filter by these flags. Information of product-owner can be optionally shown in product page. Users can message to each other. Payments will be controlled within the web site. ( that is; a user will pay, then the owner will enter shipment information, the the buyer will approve the product, and then the money will be transferred to the owner's bank account) Payments will be via credit card. There should be contact page module for contacting with site editors. The web site will have a custom home page and the language of web site will be Turkish. Other details can be discussed.
