Custom IPB Forum Skin

Good day,

I am looking for a talented designer to create a custom IPB Forum Skin which should be Security oriented. I'd like a dark styled theme with frontpage, icons, smileys and logo included. This design should be made for the latest version. You should have previous experience with creating forum skins preferably for IPB.
