Create wireframes design for an existing tablet and web application

I need an experienced designer to create wireframes designs (in photoshop with images realistic) of an existing application that is composed of 2 applications. 1st application it's a web site (admin panel for meeting rooms booking) 2nd application it's an android application (client application). That allows booking rooms from the tablet. The 1st application has about 4 screens and the 2nd application it's a web admin panel that has about 5 screens. All of them must have a similar theme design.
