Create a Wordpress Template

I want a jobs portal built in Wordpress. The idea is similar to [login to view URL], but the structure will be different, i.e., 1. I want the disciplines to appear first on a table with the number of available positions 2. Once you select the discipline you are guided to a new page for filtering (sub-disciplines, job role, salary range and location). 3. Once the user is done with filtering he/she presses the search button and the jobs appear; the user can sort them with respect to "date posted" or "closing date" (default: "date posted"). Features such as registration of users, newsletters, company profiles, etc (and some other important features that are mostly available as plugins already). I can already build one myself, but I need some good customization to set it the way I wish.
