Добрый день. Если вы можете предоставить копию своего сайта, а лучше доступа к админ панели То перевести его будет не так сложно. А тем более не так дорого. Я так понимаю что ваш сайт на cms wordpress или joomla или какая то другая cms. По сути останется тот же сайт просто у вас в меню появится "переключатель языка". Для этой цели нужно установить один из плагинов - есть как платные так и бесплатные. Но если у вас есть перевод или штатные переводчики готовые перевести то не думаю что вас есть смысл нанимать других переводчиков, а следовательно и платить за плагин :) На счет сколько это займет времени от трех дней до одной недели смотря по сколько часов в день над этим работать. Ну если что пишите. Обсудим все детали, если вам все таки нужна будет помощь.
