Convert a Template to a Website

I am updating a website from static to wordpress CMS using a theme ([login to view URL])

New website with mostly demo content is here: [login to view URL]
- You will need to be able to work with the theme, but ALSO style the pages just like my mockup. Any variations from my mockup have to look better than mine! (or I'll ask you to keep tweaking it - I am a bit of a perfectionist)
- I have all the content settled and have done mockups for most pages (or at least will have soon - attached)
- Photos I will compile and upload to dropbox
- You will also need to create (or edit) all menus required
- The website must not be too slow, so you'll need to optimize images and keep code clean & simple.
- I also need one or two revolution sliders done - the home page will have 3 animated slides with picture, text, and shape.
If you are interested please read this carefully and check out the websites and the attached mockups so you're aware of what you need to do, and give me a proper bid.
