Complete an unfinished Social Media Marketing Panel.

I have an unfinished Social Media Marketing Website with some tweaks to be done at the front end and some services to be added at the back end. Below is the list of what all needs to be added on the back end of the website (The Resellers Panel). 1. Start Counts of Various Services. (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and SoundCloud) 2. PayPal Integration for Automatic Payments. 3. API integration so that other panel users can make orders by attaching API's to their Panel. 4. Allowing me to edit balance of users from the Admin Panel. 5. Allowing me to edit the description and Images of Products that have been added statically through the Admin Panel. 6. Sorting the products on the front page in increasing order of their prices. 7. Adding Mobile Verification to the system, after which the user will get certain about of $ as credit. 8. Some Edits to be made to pre existing services that can be only explained practically! The Website is already designed (including the resellers panel) these services have to be added.
