I'm looking to get a design made in Adobe Fireworks to be coded into HTML, CSS, PHP and Javascript. I'm ideally looking to get a User System to be created (either based on a CMS, or custom-coded) whereby users can comment on News Articles, Post on a Forum (which can be moderated by Admins and Moderators) and click links to be forwarded to different websites. I've created a Pastebin entry with specific features required, it's located here: [login to view URL] An example of something I'm after is a usersystem like; [login to view URL], [login to view URL] Again, I have a design already, just need it and a usersystem coded. The sooner it can be completed, the better.

It depends upon the cost which you can bear. A Custom coded CMS will take more time than a free forum built in php which is open source and customize its layout.. Thanks.
