Developing a multiuser manuscript management system is possible. Different companies can register themselves to manage manuscript submissions. Each of the companies will have their own users – we will call them sub-users. They can be given different roles. The manuscript creation, editing , submission and moderation permission might be given on those roles. If you want companies should create their own forms , to maintain their own content ,this can be done providing company users the permission to create new content types and add fields to the content type. So, Companies can create their own forms. The manuscript writer will be the users associated with the company. They have to register in the drupal site and select the company where they will submit their manuscript. Company can provide access to those user to access the forms they created .. We will use the workbench module to manage the submission status and the publishing workflow. We will need to write add-ons modules for customized rejection/acceptance/ functionalities. So, Collaboration for processing the manuscript will be possible to implement. We can allow companies / users to register through facebook/twitter. Manuscript content will possible to organized into categories. We can use the webform to create the content and Workbench Webform Access to control the access
