A Chess-like Multiplayer iPhone Game w/ RPG Elements

This project is for the creation of an iOS game that uses a similar board to the 8x8 board used in chess. Unlike chess, alongside other differences, this game would allow users to choose their 'team' of pieces ahead of time. There would be RNG elements, in the form of drawing of cards with differing effects.
Basic requirements:
- A not overly-complicated, but professional looking user interface.
- User authentication and database, through email and social media.
- Online multiplayer, with both 2-player (1v1) and 4-player (1v1v1v1) modes.
- Leaderboards and a corresponding ranking system for both modes.
- A friends list, and the ability to play 'unranked' with friends.
- A 'chat' function, to communicate with other players.
- A tutorial.
Preferred bonuses:
- Android compatibility.
