Build a simple website for an online book

Create a simple website for an online book. The site has absolutely no e-commerce and no interactive features. It only has two goals: reading and sharing on social media. Thus it only have two broad requirements: I. It should be a beautiful layout optimized for reading a full length book online II. It should have well implemented social sharing features, so that any page of the book can be tweeted, posted on facebook or otherwise shared in a single click. I’m not a designer, so I will not be able to guide you in terms of what the design should be. I have no idea how to choose a theme or fonts and layout to make the book readable. Therefore, please submit the bids for this project if you have both experience as a web designer (and can show a portfolio) as well as wordpress/php skills. The site should have fonts, colors and layout optimized for reading. It should work both on mobile and on the web. The sites that have this well implemented and could serve as an inspiration are: Aeon Magazine ([login to view URL]) and Medium.com. They just have a basic black on white font chosen for legibility where most screen space is dedicated to the text. 2. The site should have a menu bar that allows the reader to navigate the book’s top level structure. It will have Index, Cover Page, About the Author, Link to Amazon 3. The site should have social sharing well implemented and accessible in one click for the following: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Plus. These buttons should be in a floating bar (or other similar solution) that is accessible even if the reader is in the middle of the text. The chapters are long so this is key for shareability. 4. The site should have some branding element present on every page, for example a small header that expresses the book’s visual identity. I will provide the book’s cover and other visual branding elements. It will be up to you how to incorporate it. 5. The landing page for the website will be the book’s cover. It should have space for endorsements and an easily visible link so that the user can start reading from the first page or go to table of contents. 6. At the bottom of each page there should be a Previous/Next chapter buttons. These could also be incorporated in the floating bar (but not necessary). 7. Each chapter should be a separate Wordpress page or post. 8. There should be an index linked to chapters and sections and about the author page with space for photo and bio. 9. At the bottom of each page there should be a link to sign up for a mailing list and follow the book on twitter, friend it on facebook, etc. 10. The book will be in two languages so this structure should be easily replicated. It can just be two different Wordpress installations.
