Build a server solution for real-time tracking application + Commercial website

We’re going to build a taxi management app where the taxi central can see in real-time on a web interface where each of the drivers are at any time and be able to assign trips to them. The Android / iOS application will go on the driver’s car to report his current location to the server and also he will be able to receive the notifications from the server to accept new trips. On the app the driver will be able to indicate its current status like “going to pick passenger”, “busy”, “available”, “on break”, “not working”. What we need is someone to build the backend website including the main admin interface (for us), and the admin interface for each taxi central that would use this solution. This will require the correct design / UX of the interface based on a sketch we will do and all the required programming to: - Main management (for me to control the system) - Manage taxi centrals - Manage taxi’s drivers - Manage clients information - Real-time map - Licensing (we have to define if we’re going to use online PayPal or Android payments) - A security layer to transmit the information - Push notifications to the registered devices against Android / iOS servers - Main commercial website with a backend where the information can be changed (design required + the backend: similar to [login to view URL]) - API with Webservice to interface the mobile application - Make it easy to support multi idiom (I will take care of the translations) - Server configuration is required as such to send emails, push notifications, databases, etc. If possible automatic backup. We are open to suggestions on the required server (such amazon or similar). The server may require https connection.
