Build a 30 second color graphics video from wireframes we provide

We are putting together a short informational video for our website and a proposal due April 19 at midnight. We need to show how our polling tool integrates with online news, so we want to show a cartoonish version of an online news article, show our interactive poll on the article, then a user's mouse clicking the poll and being taken to another cartoonish representation of a nonprofit's webpage. Timeframe is tight, so we'll need a full time commitment April 17-19. We'll send the winning freelancer a wireframe sketch of the graphics flow on April 17 8pm ET. A rough video draft is to be submitted 5pm April 18. We'll provide comments by 9pm ET April 18. Then a final version is to be submitted 5pm April 19. Winning freelancer must show examples
