Build an online Videogames gambling website

Hello, I would like to build a website for a small online business regarding Steam Games. The website will be running on a basic Gambling function where we are going to add games to the website and then start a raffle in exchange for a fixed rate of X euros/entry. The website should feature: *A Login with STEAM, FACEBOOK and basic user registration function. *Deposit Funds function via PayPal / Visa / Mastercard. (2$,5$,10$,50$) Instead of cash, players will be granted Raffle Tickets. e.g: 2$ deposit = 2 tickets, etc. *User database. Profile, Achievements(?) (to be discussed with the programmer) *A complete list of all Steam Games (from an online library/external website) *An "Add Raffle" button where we as owners of the site can easily create new Raffles at the click of a few buttons; i.e: Add Raffle, Choose Game (From the previously mentioned list), select game, add type of Raffle (we will have 3 categories where the number of entries is different for each type). Add Key. A winner will be chosen and the system should send the key via e-mail and private message to inbox on the website to the winner. Easy, clean and userfriendly interface. More details will be provided to the programmer in private chat.
