I have plenty of reasons of my recommendation. Like: - It is an open source and most famous system out there. - It is very easy to learn. - It has huge support so whenever you'd stuck anywhere, there would be support FREE OF COST. - You can do almost anything when your site would be on WordPress. So there won't be any need of a developer to do EVERYTHING. Cool? I have few questions though. 1. Do you have any preferred design? Or should I take care of that? 2. Do you have any other preferred CMS than WordPress? 3. What payment methods would you like? The general ones are PayPal and Credit Card. But depending upon your target audience, they can vary. 4. What about the tests? How would you provide them to me? Speaking generally about me, I have been working as a Developer for many years and for many employers worldwide.
