Build a Website

Hello .. Am looking for both web designer and developer to develop and design my website. My website will be something like a social networking website (multi site) that will include different features. These are: 1- Multi membership: Different type of membership (Free for normal members; paid and free for professionals; paid and free for companies). 2- When they sign up, people will be able to access there profile, edit it, and share data like status, photos, videos, pdf files and links. Add connections, connect with each other's by messages, like, comment and share posts. Liked posts should appear on their connections feeds just like Facebook. In addition to the above features, members will be able to ask questions that will be displayed on other pages to have an answer by comment. Questions could be like and shared by others. According to their privacy status these questions will be displayed to: their connections/ other members in the same region/ other members in general/ only to professionals/ or both). The question will appears on other feeds if it matches their interests or tags. 3- Three important buttons in the home page as well displayed on the home page should point to the: A- one will leads to the forum we are talking about. B- Directory (search engine of the companies of interest). C- Job (search) engine: Jobs related to the type companies the site focus. 4- The paid account for professionals will let them appear as recommended on normal members page. While the paid account for companies will let them edit their page [the subdomain of the (directory)]. 5- When signed up: members should use security code send to their email, receive automatic welcome email. As well email notifications as their questions, posts, ... Liked or shared or ... members will be able to singup by facebook, twitter's,... accounts and invite their friends on these social networks. 6- Members will be able to share Discussion window between each other. It should contain some featured buttons that help in what they are about to discuss. This window should open after an invitation request, requested by their connections or public members according to there privacy settings. Members should be able to invite other connections to join opened discussion if they want. (Both: the directory and discussion window could be discussed better to you in a some similarly existing website's). 7- All members will be able to rate and review the companies displayed in the directory with the top 10 rated are continuously or monthly/ weekly displayed on the home page. 8- Different Subscription button. One on the home page for newsletter, other is on the first page when opening the directory for Recommendation according to similar searches on the directory, and third type of subscription is on the job engine to recommend similar searched jobs by email. It should be highly responsive UI/UX worked on Cl framework or else if recommended. If you see you'll be able to work such project contact me so that we'll be able to talk in details.
